William Loy McNeal, age 64, passed away Wednesday, May 17, 2023 at his residence.

William was born in Columbus, GA.  He has lived in Richmond Hill for the past 30 years.

He was a Shrimper and Construction Worker.  William built docks and sea walls until he became disabled.  He was an avid fisherman and he loved to shoot darts and throw horseshoes.

William was preceded in death by his father, Loy McNeal.

He is survived by his daughters, Autumn Scully of Kingsland, GA, William McNeal of Reidsville, GA, and Maggie McNeal of Townsend, GA; his mother, Laura Marie McNeal of Richmond Hill, Ga; a sister, Lori McNeal of Richmond Hill; and his grandchildren, Keaton, Wesley, Daniel, Alex, and Aradhya.

A "Celebration of Life" will be held at his mother's residence on Highway 144 at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, June 10, 2023.
