William Donald "Donnie" Brown, age 72, passed away Tuesday, December 14, 2021.

Donnie was born in Savannah.  He lived in Savannah most of his life before moving to Richmond Hill twenty years ago.

He was a U.S. Army veteran and part of the 25 ^th Artillery Unit having served in the Vietnam War.  He retired from Bob Maddox Chrysler in 2006 after 35 years of service.

Donnie was a member of St. Anne Catholic Church.  His hobbies were fishing, woodworking, and spending time with family.

Donnie was preceded in death by his parents, William and Mary Brown; a brother, William Miller "Dusty" Brown; and a brother-in-law, Jackie McCown.

He is survived by his wife of 49 ½ years, Fay Brown of Richmond Hill; a daughter, Shelly Mock (Jay) of Richmond Hill; two sons, Nicholas Brown (Traci) of Richmond Hill and Vince Nalin (Kim) of Newnan, GA; two sisters, Carolyn Jaekals (Dallas) of Greensboro, NC and Connie McCown of Greenville, SC; his grandchildren, Victoria, Hallie, Cecilia, Coleman, Nicole, Will, Kellie, Jayde, and Julia; many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m., Friday, December 17, 2021 at Richmond Hill Funeral Home with visitation one hour prior to the service.
