On June 24th, 2021, William Francis Boyle passed away at the age of 78. He was a beloved husband, father and grandfather, a faithful Catholic, and a gallant son of Ireland. William was born on August 21, 1942 in New York City, NY, to William and Ellen Boyle, nee Horan, who journeyed across the sea to America from Co. Tipperary, Ireland.

He is survived by his only daughter, Helen Elizabeth Boyle-Wheeler.

A funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, June 30th, 2021 at the Cathedral Basilica of St John the Baptist in Savannah, Georgia.

May we who miss him so terribly take comfort in the knowledge that he was taken up in the arms of our most Blessed Mother, to whom he was so devoted. Eternal rest grant unto him O Lord, and may perpetual light shine upon him. May his soul rest in peace.
