Beaufort/Hilton Head – William C. North (Capt. Billy), age 70, passed away peacefully on Monday, April 17, 2017 at Tara Thunderbolt Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
He was born in Savannah. Billy worked as a Commercial Fisherman as a teenager until he retired 2 years ago.
He will be missed by friends and family.
A memorial service will held at a later date in Beaufort.
