Warren Hans Blew, 78, of Hortense, Georgia, passed away on March 18, 2026, at his home, surrounded by his family.

Born in 1947 in Needham, Massachusetts, Warren was the son of Helen and Warren Blew. He spent his life as an entrepreneur, master woodworker, and skilled carpenter, building multiple businesses through determination, persistence, and an unwavering work ethic. He took great pride in his craft and in the life he built with his own hands.

Warren was known for his strength of character, his relentless drive, and his deep commitment to his family. He was a kind and loving father and grandfather, always present and supportive. His work ethic and persistence were defining traits, and he passed those values on to those around him.

He also had a deep love for the water and found joy in sailing, boating, and spending time at the beach. These moments reflected his appreciation for both freedom and simplicity.

Warren is survived by his wife, Karrie Blew; his children, Matthew Blew, Scott Blew, Leslie Blew, Jennifer Coles, Nathan & Juliann Blew; his grandchildren, Taylor Grier, Mackenzie Politowitz, Braeden Warren Blew; and his great-grandson, Kasen Grier.

He will be remembered for his craftsmanship, his entrepreneurial spirit, his persistence, and the love he had for his family.

A graveside service is scheduled at 11 A.M. on Sat. March 21, 2026 at Oak Hill Cemetery, 1 Oak Hill Rd (Route 17), Richmond HIll, GA
