Thomas E. Parham, Jr., 69, left this life, Saturday, July 1, 2017. He was born in Memphis, Tennessee. Tommy grew up on Isle of Hope, where he enjoyed the river and island activities with his family and friends. A graduate of Herschel V. Jenkins, he attended the University of Tennessee.

Tommy was a longtime member of Savannah River Bass Anglers and enjoyed many tournaments with his fishing buddies. He could spin a long yarn about his treasured fishing experiences!

Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Rhonda; daughter, Andrea (James) Powell; son, Daniel (Tara) Clemmons; grandson, Cameron Powell; sister, Carol (Cary) Downing; nephews, Christopher (Bailey) Downing, Stephen (April) Downing and his Papillon furbaby, Hannah

The family is deeply grateful for the outpouring of love, prayers and support shown from friends.

Visitation will be Sunday, July 9, 2017 from 3 PM to 4 PM at the Richmond Hill Funeral Home. A Celebration of life will follow.
