Thomas C. Beveridge, age 81, passed away Wednesday, February 12, 2020 at Savannah Square.

Tom was born in Williamsport, PA. He lived most of his adult life in Manassas and Woodbridge, VA.

Tom started his career with RCA where he worked on the Patriot Missile. He then worked with Honeywell on the trajectory launches for all of the moon shots with the Apollo space program. Then, as a Civil Servant, he ran the Army's anti-mine program. Tom eventually worked with Habitat for Humanity, first as a laborer, then as a licensed electrician until retirement.

After retirement, he moved with his son, Stephen, to the Azores and then to Richmond Hill in 2002.

Tom was a member of St. Anne Catholic Church where he was on the building committee for the new church. Tom enjoyed playing golf at Sterling Links Golf Course in Richmond Hill.

He is survived by his children, Aimee Beveridge (Geoff Hoese), Stephen Beveridge (Kimberly), Carrie Beveridge, and David Beveridge; a sister, Janet Beveridge; his grandchildren, Esther Bliss, Charles Beveridge, and Samuel Beveridge; and two great-grandchildren, Brody Bliss and Cooper Bliss.

A memorial mass will be held during the regular mass at 9:00 a.m., Wednesday, February 19, 2020 in the Martha Mary Chapel of St. Anne Catholic Church.
