Theodore "Ted" Frank Patronis, Sr., age 65, passed away suddenly Friday, March 23, 2018 at his residence.

Ted was born in Cleveland, OH. He lived in Rincon for a number of years before moving to Townsend 16 years ago. He was a contractor for Paul Davis Restoration and was a volunteer fireman with the McIntosh County Volunteer Fire Department for over 10 years having attained the rank of Lieutenant.

Ted was an avid saltwater fisherman and he loved to listen to all kinds of music.

He was preceded in death by a son, Theodore Frank Patronis, Jr.

Ted is survived by his daughters, Diane Miller (Keith) of Guyton and Heather Patronis of Statesboro; his son, Anthony Patronis (Katie) of Richmond Hill; his partner, Carolyn Jenkins of Townsend; his sisters, Debbie Brutvan (Ron) and Carol Ferrell (Danny) both of Cleveland, OH; his brother, Al Patronis (Kathy) of Frisco, TX; the mother of his children, Barbara Reed (Del) of Statesboro; three grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.

A memorial service will be held at 12:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at Richmond Hill Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. prior to the service.
