Tammy Sikes Ready, age 60, passed away Wednesday, May 3, 2024 at St. Joseph's Hospital.

Tammy was born in Savannah, GA. She has lived in Richmond Hill most of her life.  She worked as a waitress for Waffle House since 1991. Tammy was a commercial crabber and she loved to fish.She was of the Baptist faith.

She was preceded in death by her father, Joseph Mitchell Sikes and her brother, Kenneth Mitchell Sikes.

Tammy is survived by her mother, Freida Sikes of Richmond Hill; 6 children, Jessica Nichols, Amanda Fail, Anthony Tucker, III, Anna Ralph, Bonnie Beauchamp, and Robin Lee; her sister, Jennifer Loomis; and 9 grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday, May 8, 2023 at Richmond Hill Funeral Home.

Graveside funeral services will follow at 3:00 p.m. at Elkins Cemetery.
