It is with a very sad heart that we post that Sherril Jean Bosley-Gutherie passed away on January 29th, 2024 at the age of 67.

Sherril fought a valiant fight with Alzheimer's/Dementia since 2016 and was an inspiration to her family. She will be greatly missed by all.

Sherril, a nurse, devoted many years to taking care of pediatrics with advanced needs. She was born in Philippi, WV on January 9th, 1957 to Lois and Arthur Bosley. She grew up in Belington, WV and graduated from Phillip Barbour High School. She then furthered her education receiving her nursing degree from Lenape Vo-Tech in Ford City, PA.

Sherril was preceded in death by her mother Lois and father Arthur Bosley, brother Timothy Bosely; sister, Sandra Plunkett; daughter, Lacey Cloak and husband Marlin Gutherie.

She is survived by many family members including daughter, Amy (Erik) Findley, daughter Brandy Suppa (Mike); son, William
(Lauricia) Sink; sisters, Linda (Ralph) Everson and Lorraine (Bob) Brown. Sherril was also survived by grandchildren, Victoria, Robert, Zoe, Stephen, Hannah, Brock (Sam), Drew, Payton, Lilly, Gabbie, Arthur and great-grandchildren, Kiara, Alex, Scarlett, and Liam.

Sherrill was a devoted mother and grandmother who was always looking out for them. Sherril also enjoyed flower gardening, reading, taking long walks, and taking care of her many pets and animals.
Sherril will be cremated in Savannah, GA with a celebration of life to take place later this year.
