Sheila Parker Cochran, age 61, passed away Monday, December 16, 2019 at Candler Hospital.

Sheila was born in Savannah and lived all of her life in Richmond Hill. She worked for many years at Carey Hilliard's in Savannah and at the Cast Iron Café in Richmond Hill.  She enjoyed fishing and was a member of Corinth Baptist Church.

Sheila was preceded in death by her parents, Stanfield and Mary Parker.

She is survived by her son, Ethan Cochran of Townsend; her sisters, Benita Wells, Barbara Wannamaker, and Frances Sweeney all of Richmond Hill; her brother, Willie Parker, Jr. of Richmond Hill; and many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, December 20, 2019 at Richmond Hill Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the family to help pay for funeral and medical expenses.
