Sandy L. Peterson, age 76, passed away Wednesday, June 26, 2024 at Hospice Savannah.

Sandy was born in Lyons, GA.  He lived a number of years in Savannah before moving to Richmond Hill 35 years ago.

He was a U.S. Air Force Veteran and a retired licensed Optician. Sandy was a member of The Seed Church.

Sandy is survived by his wife, Kay Peterson; two daughters, Kimberly Thornton (Sean) and Brooke Peterson; his sister, Linda Peterson; 5 grandchildren, Ceron Thornton, Kegan Thornton, Dylan Tsui, Corbin Woods, and Jayden Cole.

A memorial service will be held at The Seed Church at 11am on  Monday, July 7th. with visitation from 10am to 11am.

Flowers should be delivered to The Seed Church, 1950 Chatham Pkwy, Savannah, GA 31405 before visitation.
