Ryan A. Sterno, age 29, passed away Saturday, June 20, 2020 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Savannah.

Ryan was born in Savannah and lived in Richmond Hill all of his life.  He graduated from Richmond Hill High School.

He had worked on shrimp boats in Darien and for Gulfstream for some time. He was a handyman and a good mechanic.  Ryan liked to hunt and was an excellent fisherman.  He had a heart of gold.  He was a member of Richmond Hill First Baptist Church.

Ryan is survived by his son, Eastin Sterno; his parents, Tony and Vicki Sterno; a sister, Jena Hair (Wayne); a half-sister, Deborah Short; her maternal grandmother, Christine Mobley; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A memorial service will be held at 6:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 1, 2020 at Richmond Hill Funeral Home with visitation one hour prior to the service.
