Robert Charlie Manes, age 41, passed away after a brief illness on December 17, 2023.

Charlie was born in Savannah and lived in Richmond Hill most of his life.  He was a 2000 graduate of Savannah Christian Preparatory School and briefly attended Armstrong Atlantic State University.

He was highly intelligent. Charlie was extremely kind (to a fault at times) and he loved to socialize.  He never met a stranger. His family is heartbroken over his passing and he will be missed.

Charlie is survived by his parents, Robert and Collette Manes; a sister, Shelby Manes O'Connell; and a nephew, Cruise O'Connell whom he loved dearly.

The family will have a private service at a later date.
