Richard "Buddy" Brigdon, age 24, passed away Tuesday, September 13, 2022 at Memorial University Medical Center.

Buddy was born in Savannah and lived there all his life.  He attended Juliette Gordon Low school and graduated from Sol C Johnson High School.

He loved Christmas lights, silly songs, gospel music, and listening to NASCA.  Although Buddy could not see, talk, or walk, he was a happy person and loved life.  He had his way to communicate and interact with everyone.

buddy is survived by his parents, Richard and Kathy Brigdon of Savannah; his twin sister, Sarah M. Brigdon of Savannah, his sister, Mary E. Carmichael (Tanner) of Savannah; an aunt, Theresa Burke "Momma T" of Savannah; two uncles, Wayne Holland (Zellie) of Savannah and David Burke of Midway; cousins, Kathleen, Ashley and Cody; a niece, Zelda; and a nephew, Vincent.

Graveside funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, November 5, 2022 at Hillcrest Abbey East Cemetery in Savannah, GA.

Flowers can be delivered to the cemetery.
