Regina Ann Hogarth, born December 17, 1964, passed away on November 6, 2025. She lived most of her life in Fleming and Richmond Hill, Georgia.

Regina was a homemaker who also worked as a housekeeper at Fort Leonard Wood in Missouri and at Burger King. She enjoyed talking on the phone, watching TV, and going shopping.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Horace and Faye Carter, and her sister, Angie Modsen.

Regina is survived by her husband, Gregg Hogarth; her brothers, Rusty Carter (Janie) and Gregory Dean Carter; her best friend, Doris Carter; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She will be remembered for her caring heart and the love she shared with her family and friends.

Memorial Services will be this Saturday, November 15,1PM at Daniel Baptist Church.
