Patrick Coogler Wall, age 83, passed away on Wednesday, August 31, 2022 at his residence in Richmond Hill with his wife and children by his side.

Pat was born in Elberton, GA.  He lived many years in Savannah before moving to Richmond Hill in 1986.  He graduated from Commercial High School and attended South Georgia College on a baseball scholarship.  He was on the 1957 City Championship football team.

Pat worked for 41 years as a printer for Printcraft Press.  He was a longtime member of Savannah Christian Church where he served as a deacon and Sunday School Superintendent.  He was an avid hunter, fisherman, and golfer.  Pat was a member of the Masonic Lodge #303 and the Marine Rescue Squadron in Coffee Bluff and Richmond Hill.  He worked for many years as a pollworker for Bryan County Board of Elections.  He was a member of the COBRA Club.  Also, he was a member of the Richmond Hill Golf Club, DP Club, and GOB&AH.  Pat was a great storyteller and jokester.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Harper and Charlotte Wall and his brother, Talmadge Walton Wall, Sr.

Pat is survived by his wife of 64 years, Sequel Bragg Wall; his daughters, Kimberly W. Brown (Michael) and Daphne D. Wall; his sisters-in-law, Robbie Rahn, Nancy Trawick, and Vicki Wall; his beloved nieces, nephews, and cousins; all of his dear friends, neighbors, and his cat, Willamena.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, September 7, 2022 at Richmond Hill Funeral Home with visitation one hour prior to the service.

Masonic Graveside Rites will follow in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens in Savannah.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
