Richmond Hill - Patricia Ann Starling died Sunday March 19th at home in Richmond Hill. She leaves behind a legacy of Christian service as an ordained minister serving in Chatham, Bryan and Liberty counties . She enjoyed a lifelong interest in Interior Design and worked in Savannah until her poor health left her unable to pursue her passion. She performed Sunday services at Magnolia Manor and was an active member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, Lion's Club and Bryan County Performing Arts. She was loved and revered as mother and grandmother to many members of her church family.
Born on her mother's birthday in 1955, Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, Mannin Edward and Beth Ann Sharpe Starling. She leaves behind brothers Michael (Teresa) of San Diego and Stephen (Brenda) of Metter, and her sister Samantha Elizabeth (Shawn) Knapp of Farmington, MO.
Visitation will be held Friday at Richmond Hill United Methodist Church from 6-8PM, Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday in the Church sanctuary, followed by internment at the Sharpe Family Cemetery in Alston, GA.
