Patricia Holpp Owens, age 85, passed away peacefully on December 5, 2025.

Originally from Dover, Delaware, Patricia later made her home in Hendersonville, North Carolina, where she and her husband, Ray Owens, lived in the beautiful mountaintop community of Carriage Park. Surrounded by mountain views and close friends, Patricia treasured her years there. She and Ray were active in their neighborhood and especially enjoyed the monthly Summit socials, where they shared laughter, meals, and lasting friendships. For the past year and a half, she resided in Rincon, Georgia.

Patricia is survived by her husband, Ray Owens, and her stepson. She will be remembered for her witty personality, her love of traveling in the camper, and the joy she found in beach trips, shopping, and the vibrant community she embraced in North Carolina. Her warmth, humor, and kind spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 11 a.m. at Tolbert's Funeral Chapel,1145 E Lebanon Rd, Dover, DE 19901, followed by burial at Lakeside M.E. Cemetery, near Dover.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to SunCare Hospice of Rincon, Georgia, whose care and compassion were greatly appreciated.
