Michael G. Barnett, age 78, passed away Friday, June 22, 2018 at Savannah Square.

Michael was born in Surrey, England. He was a graduate of Bethany College and Kent State University with a Master in Business Administration. He retired from Bank of America and from the Treasury Department.

Michael lived in Watertford Landing where he served on the board for several terms.

Michael is survived by his wife of 56 years, Pat Barnett of Richmond Hill; his daughters, Robin Heine (Erik) and Holly Vandegrift (Ron); brother, Peter Barnett (Ellen) of Bremerton, WA; grandchildren, 2 ^nd Lt. AJ Vandegrift, Lauren & Ian Heine; and a niece, Lt. Jiah Barnett of San Francisco, CA.

A celebration of his life will be held at 7:00 p.m., Monday, July 9, 2018 at the Waterford Landing Clubhouse.
