Maryann Coleman was born on August 28,1943 in Cobbtown, GA. She passed away peacefully at the Hospice of Savannah on April 23, 2024.

Maryann was a loving soul. She enjoyed spending time with her family above all else, regaling them with tales from her long time career where she worked as an Evidence Technician for the Savannah FBI from 1987-2010. Maryann was adventurous and witty with a genuine heart of gold.

She is preceded in death by her parents Mr. & Mrs. Allen Myrick, sister Sally Willis, Brother Willard Cobb, niece, Cissy Lee and great nephew, Joseph Martin.

She is survived by 2 sisters, Diane Shuman and Shirlon Turner, brother, Howard Cobb. Though she never had any children of her own, she loved her nieces and nephews as her own. Nieces, Pam Martin(Jody), Brenda Wescott(Eddie)Kelly Cobb, Nephew, Jimmy Willis(Cheryl). Great niece, Emily Steffey(Chad), Allen Martin (Tricia). Also great-great nieces and nephew, Brody, Payton, Tivoli, Brandon, Michael, and Charlie.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, April 26, 2024 at Richmond Hill Funeral Home with visitation one hour prior to the service.

Burial to follow at Hillcrest Abby West Cemetery on Dean Forest Road.

Pallbearers will be Allen Martin, Chad Steffey, Jody Martin, and Teddy Law-Staton

The family asks in lieu of flowers that donations be sent to the Hospice of Savannah.
