Marjorie Carolyn "Midge" Denton passed away on May 17, 2024, in Savannah, Georgia, at the age of 79. Midge was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and nurse whose presence touched the lives of many.

Midge dedicated her career to nursing, serving in various doctor's offices, Urgent Cares, Immediate Meds, and schools in the Savannah area from the late 1970s to the early 2000s. Her compassionate care and dedication to her profession left a lasting impact on those she cared for.

Outside of her work, Midge found joy in gardening, sewing, traveling, and spending time at the beach. Her love for these hobbies brought her peace and fulfillment, reflecting her vibrant and adventurous spirit.

She is survived by her children Terri Pennington, Scott Denton, Beth Gay, Jim Denton, her 10 grandchildren and one great grandchild. Midge was preceded in death by her husband of 44 years, Bob Denton. Her family and friends will always cherish the memories created with her and the love they shared.

Midge Denton's legacy of kindness, hard work, and love will be remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her. May she rest in peace.
