Savannah- Lovetta Crosby, age 68, passed away Sunday, March 12, 2017 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Savannah.
Lovetta made her home in West Palm Beach, FL before moving to Savannah 9 years ago. She was a woman of many talents. She was a cosmetologist, a CNA, and even worked for the FBI in her early years. She graduated from Culinary School in Savannah. Lovetta loved to play bingo and was a Christian.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Mark Crosby, and a brother, William Russell.
Lovetta is survived by her daughter, Nigeria Crosby of Savannah; her sons, DeMario Crosby and Octavious Crosby both of Savannah; her sisters, Debora Drake of Oveida, FL, Ladon McNair of Winston-Salem, NC, and Kaywana Shannon of West Palm Beach, FL; her brothers, John Wesley of Jacksonville, FL, Johnny Williams, Jr. of Arlington, TX, and Danny Williams of West Palm Beach, FL; and 4 grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held at 4:00 p.m., Friday, March 17, 2017 in the St. Joseph's Hospital Chapel on Mercy Boulevard in Savannah.
