Karrole Haskins Sutherland, age 74, passed away Sunday, January 19, 2020 at Memorial University Medical Center in Savannah.

Karrole was born in Leominster, MA. She lived for many years in Fitchburg, MA and the last 12 years in Fleming, GA. She was a Quality Control Specialist for Avery Dennison Plastics and was an active member of Savannah Church of Christ. She was a Boston Bruins fan and liked to solve crossword puzzles. She especially loved her grandchildren.

Karrole is survived by her sons, Bruce Jacobs (Eva) of Fleming and Leslie Jacobs (Patricia) of Vale, NC; her daughter, Jessica Hatt of Novia Scotia; her brother, Richard Haskins, Jr. of West Virginia; her sister, Nancy Johnston of Myrtle Beach, SC; and a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Memorial services will be held from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., Sunday, January 26, 2020 at the Savannah Church of Christ, 4395 Ogeechee Road, Savannah, GA 31405 (Savannah West Business Complex).
