Julius A. McGinley, age 72, passed away Thursday, September 21, 2017 at Memorial University Medical Center in Savannah.

Mr. McGinley was born in Savannah, GA. He has lived in Midway for the past 19 years but spent most of his life in Savannah.  He was the former owner and operator of Eagle Exterminating for over 30 years in Savannah.  Julius was a family man and "Papa" to everyone.  He was an avid hunter and fisherman.  He dearly loved his "Sweetie."

He is survived by his wife, Sandra McGinley of Midway; his two daughters, Laura Lynn McGinley, and Melinda Jo Holley (David) of Colonel's Island; two brothers, Mack McGinley and Skip McGinley; his grandchildren, Anthony and Kim Clements, Daniel and Heather Terry, C.J. Lee, Robert Lee, Charlee Coursey; and a great-grandson, Wyatt Lee.

It was his wishes that his body be cremated and no services held.
