Joyce Helen (Hoffman) Jacobs, age 87, of Richmond Hill, GA, passed away on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, at her home.

Joyce was born December 30, 1936, in Evansville, IN to Fred and Theresa (Clements) Hoffman. She graduated from Reitz Memorial High School in 1954.

Joyce is survived by her sons, Ronald Jacobs (Lori), Charles Jacobs (Pam), Christopher Jacobs, and Thomas Jacobs (Amy); grandchildren, Matthew, Andrea, Michael, Phillip, Brandon, Adam, Ryan, Brittany, Ashley, Windy, Sierra, and Landon; and great grandchildren, Caroline, Jackson, Rowan and James; and sisters, Lois Riggs and Margaret Ann Schmidt.

Joyce is preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Theresa Hoffman; brothers, Robert, Gordon and John; and loving husband of 61 years, Robert L. Jacobs.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, March 16, 2024, at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 5301 Daylight Dr. Evansville, IN 47725 with Father Ray Brenner officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.

Friends may visit from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Friday, March 15, 2024, at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel.
