Joseph S. Hodges, age 53, passed away Saturday, June 15, 2019 at his residence.

Joe was born in Columbus, GA. He lived in Athens, GA before moving to Richmond Hill four years ago.

He was a carpenter by trade and was very good at working on cars and cabinetry work.  Joe loved rock & roll music.

He is preceded in death by a son, Matthew Steven Hodges.

Joe is survived by his two children, Nicholas Hodges (Amberly) and Katie Cunningham (Chris); his sisters, Deborah Henson, Diane Cowley, and Cassie Marsh; his brothers, Michael Hodges, Thomas Hodges, David Hodges, and William Hodges; his grandchildren, Calob, Calyn, Colby, Tara, Madison, Lexie, Jaxton, Karalynn, Lynnleigh, and bayleigh.

A celebration of life gathering will be held at his brother, William Hodge's house in Garden City on Thursday evening.
