Jennifer Nicole Kight, 43, of Richmond Hill, Georgia, passed away at her residence on February 3, 2024.

Jennifer was born April 29, 1980, to parents James "Jimbo" Ellis Kight and Cheryl Jeannette Kight in Savannah, Georgia. Jennifer was an alumna of Richmond Hill High School class of 1998. During her adult life, she filled roles in customer service for several companies from communications to heating and air services.

Although her life was short, Jennifer lived fully. She loved attending large family gatherings and enjoyed spending time with her close friends. As many know, Jennifer easily lit up a room with her beautiful glow and that unmistaken laugh.

Jennifer was an only child and had no children of her own. However, she found happiness through her best friends Kristen Kennedy (God sister) and Amanda Parrish, as they all referred to each other as "Sis".  Jennifer also had the privilege of serving as "Aunt Jenn" to both of her best friends' children and was named "Godmother" to one. Jennifer loved and was loved by many people, but her beloved bulldogs (Maddie, Dottie, Mia, and Mocha) were the center of her life. She found so much joy in their unconditional love.

Jennifer is preceded in death by her father (James "Jimbo" Kight) and mother (Cheryl Kight). She is survived by her maternal grandmother (Eunice Bashlor Townsend); maternal uncles/aunts include Gerald Townsend (Cindy), Ricky Townsend (Hyacinth), Sammy Townsend, Hoyle Townsend (Rose). There are several maternal cousins including Jamie Townsend Gray, Cody Lee, and Blake Townsend. Paternal uncles/aunts are Beth Kight (Larry-dec.), Brenda King (Jerry), Donna Brannen (Jerome); several cousins including Larry Kight Jr., Rebecca Sykes, Brian King, Amy Flecher, and Michael and Shelby Brannen.

Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, February 8, 2024 at Richmond Hill Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m. A brief graveside service will follow at Richmond Hill First Baptist Cemetery.
