James "Jim" Biddle, age 80, passed away Tuesday, July 18, 2023 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Savannah.

Jim was born in Thorp, Wisconson.  He was a former resident of Clarksville, TN but has lived in Richmond since 1992.

He was a U.S. Army Veteran of 22 years having attained the rank of Master Sergeant.  After the military he went back to college and earned a Bachelors Degree in Geology.  Jim retired from the Corp of Engineers as a Geologist.

Jim was always working on a project and trying to improve on everything.  He also enjoyed woodworking.

He is survived by his wife, Ingeborg Biddle of Richmond Hill; his daughter, Pamela Horkulic (Daniel) of Abilene, TX; his grandson, Dustin Biddle (Octavia) of Richmond Hill; his great-granddaughter, Tallulah Biddle; brothers, David and Tim; sisters, Ruth, Marge, and Bonnie.

Jim's cremated remains will be inurned in the Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Glennville, GA with full military honors.
