Guyton
Willie Jack Rogers, age 88, passed away Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at Magnolia Manor in Midway.
Jack was born in Savannah, Georgia, and lived the past 28 years in Guyton, Georgia. Prior to that, he resided in Richmond Hill, Georgia. He was a member of Pineora Baptist Church.
Jack served his country as a veteran of the United States Army. He retired from American Cyanamid, where he worked as a crane operator, welder, and machinist. He also spent time working at 21 Auto Repair in Rincon.
A man who enjoyed the simple pleasures of life, Jack loved hunting and fishing, taking pride in working in his yard—which was always immaculate—and enjoying good food. Above all, he dearly loved his family.
He is survived by his loving wife of 68 years, Anita Rogers; his son, Keith Rogers (Sarah); grandchildren, Clayton Rogers (Kailey) and Carly Chevalier (Adam); and great-grandchildren, Avery Rogers and Asher Rogers.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, February 13, 2026, in the mausoleum chapel at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens with visitation being held 30 minuets prior to the service.
