Jack Carter-Lee Ridley, age 7, of Richmond Hill, GA, and Morristown, TN, was unexpectedly taken home to Heaven on Friday, February 19, 2021. Jack was riding his scooter on a road near his mother's home in Richmond Hill on Friday evening when he was struck by a vehicle. Jack passed due to unsurvivable injuries at the hospital later that night. His father and mother were able to be with their boy and say their goodbyes.

Jack loved to love, and he always made you feel loved. He enjoyed playing outside—doing all the things boys love to do, as well as learning to hone his gaming skills on his Xbox. Jack loved animals, and his furbabies Blu (cat) and Jethro (dog) will miss his cuddles and food scraps. Dinosaurs, Pokemon, nerf guns, superheroes (Marvel & DC Universes), and hard-rock music were a few of Jack's favorite things. He could go into full detail about the different types of dinosaurs and Pokemon that there were, show you all the trademark moves and say all the famous tag-lines of his favorite heroes, and sing—quite loudly—the best of Metallica and KISS. Jack's incredibly kind heart was so true and so full.

His sweet, innocent, happy-go-lucky persona will be deeply, deeply, missed by his father, Joe Ridley; bonus mom, Makayla Ridley; baby brother, Macoy, all of Morristown, TN; his mother, Emily Ridley; her fiancé, Manny Castro, and Manny's two daughters, Melanie & Delilah, of Richmond Hill, GA. Jack also leaves behind family members of Tennessee and Virginia, along with Jack's dear classmates of Richmond Hill Primary School and the kids of Kepler Loop.

Funeral arrangements handled by Jack's family in Tennessee. A Memorial Service will be held in Richmond Hill at a later date. Continued prayers are much appreciate by Jack's family during this time.
