Gertrude "Trudy" Cameron, age 82, passed away at her home on Tuesday, July 28, 2020.

Trudy was born in Saarlouis, Germany.  She has lived in Savannah for over 50+ years and was of the Catholic Faith.

Trudy worked at the Shellhouse in Savannah for over 25 years.  She has been working for Johnson's Florist until recently.

She loved spending time with her granddaughter and great-grandson.

Trudy was preceded in death by her husband, Terry Cameron who died in 2003.

She is survived by her son, Gary Griffith of Fernandina Beach, FL; a brother, Armen Sonntag of Germany; a sister, Hanna Gergen of Germany; her granddaughter, Shannon Griffith (Alex Hoffman) of Acworth, GA; and her great-grandson, Avett Reed Hoffman.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, July 30, 2020 at the Midway United Methodist Church Cemetery.
