Georgia Ann Ricci, age 79, passed away Monday, August 5, 2024 at her residence under the care of Hospice Savannah.

Georgia was born in Oneonta, NY.  She lived in Sidney, NY prior to moving to Midway 25 years ago.

She was a retired Chief Lab Technician for Sidney Hospital and was former owner of Countryside Antique Store in Sidney.  Georgia was a member of St. Anne Catholic Church.

Georgia enjoyed quilting and was a member of several quilting clubs.  She liked to read and she loved to bake and cook.

She is survived by her husband, Al "Bud" Ricci; her 2 sons, James Barrett (Christen) and Jeremy Barrett (Dee); her 4 step-sons, Rick Ricci, Charlie Ricci, William Ricci, and Bobby Ricci (Donna); two sisters-in-law, Joyce Eacile and Lucille Perrone; a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Her cremated cremains will be buried in New York at a later date.
