Eunice Harrelson Anderson, age 89, passed away Thursday, March 11, 2021 in Savannah.

Eunice was born in Clyo, GA.  She graduated Savannah High in 1951. She lived in Richmond Hill for 30 or more years.  Eunice worked for Williams Seafood, Southern Bell, Dixieland, and the Chatham Club at the DeSoto Hotel in Savannah.  She spent her last remaining years living with her son and daughter-in-law in Glennville, GA.

Eunice was strong in her faith and was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother.  She loved to sing and play the piano, especially with her husband.  Eunice was easy going and was always there for her family.  She was a member of Daniel Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Norman W. Anderson; a daughter, Angela M. Sheffield of Richmond Hill; and a son, Randall D. Anderson.

Eunice is survived by her daughter, Sandra G. Curtis of Richmond Hill; sons, Ronald N. Anderson (Laurie) of Pooler, GA., Kenneth H. Anderson (Patsy) of Glennville, GA, John L. Anderson (Elaina) of Bloomingdale, GA, and James A. Anderson of Lacrosse, WI; 16 Grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., Monday, March 15, 2021 at Richmond Hill Funeral Home with graveside funeral services to follow at 2:30 p.m. at Daniel Baptist Cemetery.

Active pallbearers will be her grandsons.

Honorary pallbearers will be Steven Anderson, Stephen Curtis, Chais Sheffield, Justin Sheffield, Lee Anderson, Josh Anderson, and Jacob Anderson.
