Elizabeth Jones Reed, age 85, passed away Thursday, February 1, 2018 at St. Joseph's Hospital.

Elizabeth was a former Realtor and Owner of Reed Realty in Wilmington, NC. She and her husband moved to Richmond Hill to be close to her family, which were her life.  She volunteered at all of the schools in Richmond Hill while her grandchildren were growing up.  She was "Grandma" to everyone.  She also enjoyed being a greeter at Kroger for a number of years.

Elizabeth was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Wells Reed.

She is survived by her son, William "Bill" Wells Reed (Melanie); 3 grandchildren, William "Wil" Clell Reed, Katherine Elizabeth Reed, and Matthew Thomas Reed; a sister, Margaret Vought; and a number of nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at Richmond Hill Funeral Home.
