Mrs. Elizabeth Ann Ambrose, 54, passed away Sunday, April 1, 2018. She was born in Savannah to the late Robert and Sandra Jackson.

Mrs. Elizabeth worked in the Savannah Hospitality and Tourism industry where she worked for Old Savannah Tours in Human Resources. She also loved acting as a tour guide and was a Savannah Historical Society and Paula Deen accredited tour guide and a member of the Savannah Tour Guide Association.

Mrs. Ambrose was a member of the Compassion Church and worked as a volunteer for the Lighthouse Ministry. She was also deeply involved in the Fresh Air Home program, a fantastic organization sharing basic summer time fun and enriching the lives of underprivileged children.  She was also a swim coach and lifeguard.

Elizabeth is survived by her loving husband, Mark Ambrose; daughter, Jamie Leigh Edwards (Ben); sons, Peyton James Crosby and Kenneth Earl Davis; brother, Christopher Jackson (Christy) and sisters, Carolyn Jackson Cross (Robert) and Lynn Jackson Sikes (Milton III); and grandchildren Riley and Payton and special family friend, Bill Reed.

Services for Mrs. Elizabeth Ambrose will be at the Richmond Hill Funeral Home, at 12p.m. Friday, 6 April, with visitation one hour prior.
