Dennis G. Addington, born February 19, 1941 and passed away, July 5, 2026 at Bryan County Health and Rehabilitation Center with the loving and caring staff members.

Dennis was a proud Veteran of the United States Army and a Minister of the Baptist Faith. He proudly worked as an electrician with General Electric and Burkett Electric. He later worked at the Fairfield by Marriott in Hinsville as a maintenance supervisor before retiring.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Gloria Addington; his parents, Emerson E. Addington Sr. and Lillian L. Addington; and his brothers, Emerson E. Addington Jr. and MacArthur Addington.

He is survived by his daughter, Denise Dean (Jimmy); his son, Dennis J. Addington; his half-brothers, Pat, James, and Tommy Addington; and his sisters, Margaret Marcus and Glenda Elmer, his cherished grandchildren, Jimmy Dean (Molly), Kristy Tiller, Nathan and Zach Addington, his great-grandchildren, Ray and Adriana Dean, Lilith and Grayson Addington, Ezra and Kieran Tiller, as well as many nieces, nephews, other family members Terri Addington and special friend Lavonya Green.

It was his wishes to be cremated and have no services held.
