Debra Frame Carmichael, age 67, passed away Sunday, June 21, 2020 at Select Specialty Hospital in Savannah.

Debra was born in Libertyville, IL.  She has lived in Richmond Hill for the past year and prior to that she made her home in Huntsville, AL.  She was a homemaker and loved to read.

Debra is survived by her husband, Darrell Carmichael of Richmond Hill; her son and daughter-in-law, James and Nicole Carmichael of Richmond Hill; her granddaughter, Sydney Carmichael of Richmond Hill; an aunt, Flora Faye Ikard of Gurley, AL; and several cousins.

A private family service will be held at a later date.
