David Blanz, age 49, passed away Wednesday, August 16, 2023 at his residence after a lengthy illness.

David was born in Green Bay, Wisconsin.  He lived most of his life in Richmond Hill.  He was a retired painter.  David enjoyed camping, history and historical artifacts.  He loved metal detecting.

He is survived by his mother, Cathy Blanz of Richmond Hill; his father, Dennis Blanz of Naples, FL; his sisters, Tracey Radney (Thomas) of Statesboro, Jamie Derst of Savannah, and Mary Blue (fiance-Jason DuPont) of Richmond Hill; his brothers, Aaron Blanz (Karen) of Savannah and Jeremy Blanz (Michelle) of Costa Rica.

A private graveside service will be held in Burnt Church Cemetery.
