Clem L. Brown, age 72, passed away Monday, December 14, 2020 at Landmark Hospital in Savannah.

Clem was born in Eldorado, IL.  He has lived in Savannah and Richmond Hill for over 30 years.  He was a U.S. Army Veteran having served in the Vietnam War.

He worked for many years for Armstrong Atlantic  University as a police officer and later became Chief.  Clem also worked for the Georgia Department of Unemployment for veterans.  He was also a published Author.

Clem is preceded in death by a son, Daniel Brown.

He is survived by his son, James "Jim" Brown of Harrisburg, IL; his daughter, Traci Throgmorton (Frank) of Vienna, IL; his mother, Betty Gee of Richmond Hill; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

Services will be held by the family at a later date.
