Charles L. Stafford, age 73, passed away Friday, August 2, 2024 at his residence surrounded by his family.

Charles was born in Jesup, GA.  He has lived in Richmond Hill for the past 66 years.Charles retired from Gulfstream Aerospace and worked for a number of years for Richmond Hill Auto Parts.

He enjoyed camping, fishing, and arguing his political views.  Charles loved his dogs, Miss Sadie and Tivoli.

Charles was preceded in death by his parents, Lawton and Bernice Stafford.

He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Suzanne Stafford; his children, Lisa (Tracy) Stafford, Carla (Gil) Gonzalez, and Justin McNeese; his grandchildren, Macey Fordham, Jessica and Justin Gonzalez, Dalton and Dylan DeVore, Lauryn McNeese, and Lindsey Walden; and his great-grandchild, Skylar Bunner; one brother, Rodney (Wanda) Stafford; and his sisters, Deborah Edwards and Helen Highsmith.
