Charles H. Bacot, age 70, passed away Monday, February 6, 2023 at his residence.

He was born in Columbus, GA but lived most of his life in Richmond Hill.

Charles was a retired self employed mechanic.  He was a member of Corinth Baptist Church.  He liked working on cars and enjoyed gardening and growing vegetables.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Barbara Bacot.

Charles is survived by his two sons, Thomas Bacot and Charles Bacot both of Stone Mountain, GA; two sisters, Lora Sue Tootle and Jane Pope; two brothers, Clifford Bacot and Roger Bacot; four grandchildren, Thomas Bacot, Jr., Kylie Bacot, Madden Bacot, and Jase Bacot.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m., Saturday, February 11, 2023 at Corinth Baptist Church with visitation one hour prior to the service.

Burial will follow in Burnt Church Cemetery.
