Our beloved Carole Marcum was called home to be with Jesus on May 19, 2025, at the age of 80. She was reunited in heaven with her husband, Clifford Marcum, and her grandson, Tyler Chadwell, as well as her parents, Albert and Marie Breeden, brothers and sisters.

Carole was strong in her faith and loved her family so much. To know her was to love her. Her beautiful smile was infectious and her cheerful personality filled the room with joy. She never met a stranger and loved all animals. She saw the beauty in everything, especially God's creations. Carole was an exceptional cook and was always cleaning. She enjoyed working in her yard and spending time with her family.

Left here to cherish her memory are her children; Scott Chadwell (Lisa Chadwell), Karen Lee (Alan Daniels), Charity Pringle and Jeffrey Pringle; grandchildren; Brittney Wolff (Chris Wolff), Tanner Chadwell (Tiffany Chadwell), Hope Sauls, Sunny Gilstrap (Joe Gilstrap), Zane Evans, Van Evans, Sterling Pringle and Levi Pringle. Great-grandchildren; Mason Chadwell, Bayla Wolff, Sailor Wolff, Landon Chadwell, Emory Chadwell, Ivey Chadwell, Dustin Clark, Lacy Tootle (Ben Tootle), Grayson Gilstrap and Tucker Gilstrap. great-great grandchildren; Hadley Tootle and River Tootle. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, May 23, 2025 at Richmond Hill Funeral Home with visitation one hour prior to the service.

Burial will follow in Daniel Baptist Cemetery.
