Carl Ward Jr., age 70, passed away, Thursday, May 27 ^th , 2021.

Carl was born in Atlanta, GA. He has resided in Hinesville, GA since 1989. He retired from the US Army as a Staff Sergeant.

After retirement, Carl was a handy man and a small business owner. He loved to hunt, fish, and cook. He was a lover of music, and liked to play the guitar.

Carl was preceded in death by his mother, Eloise Camp, and his sister, Betty Ann Ellis.

He is survived by his daughter, Meeka Reynolds (Bobby) of Cumming, GA; his son, Brian Ward (Deanna) of Whispering Pines, NC; his grandchildren Ramsey Reynolds, Nathaniel Ward, and Levy Vance Reynolds; his nephews, Scott and Shane Smith.

Memorial Services will be held at 11am, Wednesday, June 2, 2021 at Richmond Hill Funeral Home. Visitation will be held 30 minutes prior to the service.
