Burton Grover Bell peacefully passed away in the early morning of Saturday, June 22, 2024, after a courageous battle with an infection. Known for his strong work ethic and kind spirit, Burton left an indelible mark on all who knew him.

Burton was renowned in the community for his boat repair business, where his meticulous craftsmanship and dedication earned him the respect and gratitude of many. He also ran a successful landscaping business, showcasing his love for nature and his ability to transform outdoor spaces into beautiful landscapes. Burton's career also included driving a semi-truck, a testament to his hardworking nature and versatility. An avid hunter, he enjoyed spending time in the great outdoors, appreciating the peace and challenges it brought him.

He was preceded in death by his father, Grover Bell, and his brother, Dean Bell. Burton is survived by his loving mother, Lourdine, and his siblings: two sisters, Crystal Davidian (John) and Carol Melton, and a brother, Doug Bell. He leaves behind two devoted daughters, Erin Fountain (Daniel) and Alison Royal. His legacy continues through his cherished grandchildren: Marissa, Tyler, Tilly, Laney, and Maisy, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Burton's memory will forever be treasured by his family and friends. He will be remembered for his generosity, his dedication to his work, and the joy he found in sharing stories with those around him.

A visitation service to celebrate Burton's life will be held June 26th 2024, 5pm-7pm at Richmond Hill Funeral Home.
