After 14 months of being missing, it is with the greatest of love and sadness, that we tell you the remains of our son, Brian Patrick Kennedy, were found, January 12, 2021 and identified, January 22, 2021, in Richmond Hill, Georgia.  He had been living there since January 2019.  His remains were found in a wooded area, not far from where he abandoned his car, November 7, 2019.  Exact cause of death is unknown. Brian suffered, and fought, for several years, the disease of alcoholism.

Brian was born September 23, 1981 in Washington, DC, and lived in Chevy Chase, Maryland the earlier years of his life.

He later moved, with his family, to Cherry Hill, New Jersey, where he attended 3 years of Elementary school.

He, and his family, then moved to Arnold, Maryland. Most of his years were spent growing up in the Arnold/ Annapolis area.  He attended St. Mary's High School, 1996 to 1999, where he played football and lacrosse.  He then went on to attend a year at Bridgeton Academy, in Maine before heading to St. Mary's College, St. Mary's City, Maryland from 2000 to 2004. He graduated with a BS in Political Science and enjoyed 4 outstanding years of Lacrosse and numerous friendships.

Brian had a great love for sports, but most especially the Notre Dame football team and the Washington Redskins!

Brian was employed as a "Cad designer" by John J. Magnolia Plumbing Inc. prior to moving to Savannah, Georgia in 2019. While in Savannah he was employed by the Westin Marriott Resorts.

Brian is survived by his beloved parents, Margene and Joe Kennedy; his sister Nicole Jeffers, husband Jeff, and their four children, Ainsley, Payton, Sheehan and Tilghman; his sister Mary Christine Boettinger, her husband Peter, and their two daughters, Layla and Riley.  Also survived by his most dearly loved "rescue dog", Si, who was at his side many years.

Memorial services will be decided at a later date when Covid restrictions have been lessened.
