Brian Barrett, 52, of Richmond Hill, GA, died of a massive heart attack on December 28, 2022. Brian was born in Oklahoma City, OK, on May 23, 1970. Brian was a United States Navy Seal Veteran. He is preceded in death by his father Michael Brian "Micky" Barrett, and his brother Matthew Arnold "Skippy" Barrett. He is survived by his mother Connie Ziegelgruber of Rio Hondo, TX, his children Briana Itzel Barrett Zachrisson and her husband Eduardo Valdespino of Panama City, Panama, Brandon Barrett, Brent Barrett, Breanna Barrett and Bradley Barrett of Richmond Hill, GA, his wife Shelly Barrett of Richmond Hill, GA, his brother John Barrett, sister Bevin Fletcher, brother Micah Barrett, of Seminole, OK, along with two granddaughters Paola and Ana Lia Valdespino of Panama City, Panama, several nieces, nephews, hundreds of friends, and the entire real estate community.

Brian was a real estate agent. Anyone that knew him, knew they were in the presence of greatness; his demeanor, his laugh, his stories, his heart, and his unforgettable smile. You never walked away unfulfilled when around him.  He had the most amazing way of making you smile and laughing hysterically. His stories were for the history books. The care and time he took with others around him is remarkable. His love and devotion to his family was one of a kind.

Instead of an ordinary angel, God must have needed a dynamic warrior. The foundation he poured his heart and soul into building is what will keep all of us strong and grounded throughout time. Brian will live inside of us and will continue to influence our lives forever. Although his time was cut short, the memories he left will stay with us forever.

Brian will be remembered on Saturday, December 31, 2022 at Bellhaven, 1000 Belfast River Road, Richmond Hill, GA 31324 at 12:00 p.m.  All are welcome and come as you are.
