Betty Parker Dues, age 69, passed away Sunday, November 10, 2024 at Bryan County Health and Rehabilitation Center.

Betty was born in Dunn, NC.  She lived in Spring Lake, NC for many years before moving to Richmond Hill four years ago.  She worked as a Nurses Aide.

She loved playing games on her phone.  Betty liked listening to music and watching Westerns.  She loved butterflies which was evident in her home with all of her butterfly stickers and collectibles.  She was most proud of her Cherokee Indian heritage.

Betty was preceded in death by her parents, Ruth Camilla Parker Ray and George Washington Parker; her sisters, Janie Lou Golden and JoAnn Rigsby; her brothers, Paul Parker and Graham Parker.

She is survived by her daughters, Tera Griffin and her life partner, Jason Edwards, and Barbara Cline and her husband, Robert Cline, Jr.; her sons, Joseph Nardone, II, and Jay Spinks; her granddaughters, Corey Stewart, Layla Tyler, Alaura Nardone, Kaylee Nardone, and Haile Arndt; her grandsons, Dante Menscer, Robert Cline, III, Jacob Tyler, Alexander Spinks, Dominic Spinks, Sabien Spinks, Keegan Weber, Jayden Weber, Malcolm Spinks, and Xavier Spinks; her great-grandson, Robert Cline, IV; and many nieces and nephews.
