Barbara "Kay" Speir passed away Friday, June 2 ^nd after a long illness.  Kay was a life long resident of Richmond Hill and Bryan County and a member of the Richmond Hill United Methodist Church.  Kay was the daughter of the late William "Billy" Speir and Thelma Speir.  Her husband, Barry Spence, preceded Kay in death.  Several cousins and other relatives survive Kay. In her last years of life, Kay was lovingly cared for by Olla Robertson, Faith Polen, Quovardis Lang, Hilcia Ward, and Sylvia Jones. Visitation will take place at 10:00 AM on Monday, June 5, 2017, with services following at 11:00 AM at Richmond Hill Funeral Home. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Richmond Hill United Methodist Church, Building Fund, P.O. Box 1480, Richmond Hill, GA 31324.
