Barbara Lowe, 87,  was called home by her Heavenly Father on July 15, 2026. She was born on December 13th, in Chicago, Illinois.

For the past 26 years, Barbara made Richmond Hill, GA her beloved home after moving from Savannah, GA. She filled her days with simple joys catching her favorite church shows, spending time on her porch, hunting for treasures at thrift shops, decorating with flair, and sharing laughter with her family and friends. Barbara's heart was as open as her arms; she delighted in meeting new people, chatting with strangers, and offering kindness to anyone in need. Her generosity and warmth drew others in, and she was always ready to help, no matter the circumstance. She will be remembered by her infectious spirit and loving nature.

She was preceded in death, by her son Mackey Schultz, and her twin brother, Norman Lowe.

Barbara's legacy is carried on by her daughters, Vicki Purcell and Laura Findley, and her son, Michael Weld (Juvy). Her five grandchildren—Andrew Purcell, Erin Evans (Tyler), Jaden Solomon, Reece Weld and Chloe Weld.

Barbara also leaves behind a circle of family and friends who will cherish her memory and will miss her dearly.

A Graveside service will be held at Newton Cemetery on Monday, July 20th, 2026 at 2 p.m.
